Get to Know the Founder & CEO

As a veteran of the Human Resources and Career Coaching industry, Tess C. Taylor, SHRM-CP, PHR, CCC, CPC; has been a featured contributor to multiple career and business publications over the last 2 decades, at both the corporate level and as an independent copywriter.  She is also an eLearning content developer, having created professional development courses in the employee benefits software and HR market.

Tess has earned a Certificate in eLearning Instructional Design Technology from UCI-Irvine and is continuing her studies at American College of Education pursuing a Masters degree in Education – Instructional Design.

Tess often enjoys speaking to others either in person or via webinars on a variety of topics related to Human Resources and HR technology. She has spoken at colleges and universities,  at major business events, and in front of industry groups.

Voted as a Top HR Expert on Twitter, and a featured source in HR Magazine. Tess is the former channel expert at About.com Employee Benefits, the former Editor for HR Dive Recruitment and Learning channels, and a regular contributor to eLearning Industry, HR.com, and other publications.
